| Description of the problem | The traction control light keeps coming on in my 2010 kia soul and when i took it to the dealer for repairs they claim it is due to a fender bender that occurred on the rear right bumper and refuse to repair it under warranty and they also said that there was a message on the computer about the brake sensor located under the brake peddle that would not be covered under warranty because someone stepped on the brake pedal to hard probably when it was rear ended at a low speed which caused the damage. Funny but i thought that was what the brake pedal was for if you wanted to stop in an emergency. |
