Description of the problem	Michelin premier tires have been shredding on each tire, at every tread. Tires also make humming noise and you can feel a roughness in the ride. Tires have been doing this since car purchase. Dealer contacted michelin but they said no recall and only offered prorated discount on new tire purchase.
