Description of the problem	Just bought the car at 32k last year. Only family car so we drive it a lot, so we are always getting oil change and keeping up with maintenance. One day it started overheating and was no longer holding the coolant. Took it in to get it checked out at the demontrond kia dealership in houston but they told me they would have to check inside the engine. Well they did and was told thisduring engine tear down, one of the necessary inspection on the 3. 3l engine is to toque the head bolts to verify it did not damage the engine block. Sometimes when they over head, the pull the threads out of the engine block. This is what happen to your engine during tear down. And because of this, the engine can no longer be properly assembled. " so they said i needed a new engine. Car mileage was at 79k. Cost for new engine plus labor est. 12k .
