Description of the problem	Takata recall 1 month ago i picked my son up from school... As i was pulling out of the parking lot i was unable to accelerate by pushing the gas pedal. I coasted home going 8 miles per hour. I turned the vehicle off and let it sit for 2 days. When i got back in it everything was working fine. 2 weeks later i went to have my oil changed and was told there were metal shavings in my oil filter, there were 2 inches of sludge and the oil was black.
