Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 kia sorento. While driving 60 mph, the sun roof exploded without warning or impact. When the glass was shattered, the driver sustained minor cuts to the right hand and arm that did not require medical attention. The contact stated that this was the second occurrence of the failure. The contact's insurance company advised her to take the vehicle to a glass company to be repaired. The failures were not diagnosed by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000. Consumer stated the sunroof exploded for no reason at all. I did notified the headquarters of kia and provided pictures from both instances and the person said that they won't do anything at all. This is a safety issue that this happened not once; but twice in the same vehicle. *jb
