Description of the problem	Mileage 116,145. I was traveling on the highway coming down a steep grade going straight. In the fast lane i was going 75mph and then rapidily excelerated to 82mph ( the rpms jumped to the 6/7 range). The engine complete stopped. The check engine light, oil light, power steering and battery light all came on. I lost all power steering and rapidly began to slow down. Went from 80 to 50 in a matter of 10 seconds. I was almost crushed by a semi truck as i desperately tried to move the car to the shoulder lane. The car was barley able to coast and it was a struggle to maneuver the vehicle off the highway. I put the car in park and sat waiting for a tow truck for 30 minutes - i took a photo of the warning lights that remained on. Towing company checked all fluids , gas, alternator, battery, belts and all were in working condition. There was no indication why this happened. The vehicle started back up and all warning lights went off.
