Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 kia sorento. When the vehicle was started, a rattling noise was heard from the engine compartment. While driving 50 mph up a hill and depressing the accelerator pedal, the vehicle failed to accelerate and struggled to go up the hill. Once the vehicle was up the hill, a rattling noise occurred. There were no warning indicators illuminated.
