Description of the problem	The headlights and tail lights continuously blow the bulbs and the brake light housing looks to be brown like it overheated on the drivers side. Also the steering wheel controls have a mind of there own, you push say the volume down key and the voice recognition comes on none of the buttons on the driver side seem to do what they are supposed to do on the steering wheel
