Description of the problem	Parking brake internal parts rusted and disintegrated in one back wheel and the parking brake internal parts severely rusted on other back wheel. All in less than 8 years under minimal average use. Had this not been discovered during annual safety inspection, would have likely not held when parking on an incline, and could have resulted in injury or death. There was no warning indication on dash that parking brake was failing.
