Description of the problem	Rear seat latch malfunction. The seat is stuck in an upright position. The latch does not work at all. Very inconvenient when the whole family is in the car. Kids forced to enter and exit through trunk. Annoying!! Appointment at dealership next week. Hopefully they will fix it free of charge because clearly its a design flaw.
