Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 kia sorento. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph, there was an abnormal knocking sound coming from the engine, without warning. Due to the failure, the contact had the vehicle towed to the residence. An independent mechanic arrived at the residence to inspect the vehicle.
