Description of the problem	A knocking noise was heard from the engine and vehicle was taken in to repair because of recall. Dealership refused to correct the needed repair. Eventually, the noise increased in frequency and engine failed. My husband was driving the vehicle on the highway when engine failed and vehicle came to a complete stop.
