Description of the problem	Driving fine, came to a stop sign, stopped, push accelerator and engine revved to high rpms but did not move. Vehicle began to move but lacked power. About 150 yds up the road, all dashboard lights came on and vehicle shut down, leaving vehicle half way in the road on a steep, blind hill. 37 degrees outside- vehicle would not start.
