Description of the problem	On october 14,2013 as i was traveling in stop and start traffic the vehicle suddenly accelerated and surged forward at least 5 feet while my foot was on the brake almost hitting the car in front of me. It took much effort to avoid crashing. This occurred again on march 16,2014 while in a parking lot looking for a parking spot. Again while my foot was on the brake the car accelerated and lunged forward 8 to 10 feet.
