Description of the problem	The rear break lights and running lights fail consistently. They have had to be replaced multiple times in the last few months. On occasion, the passenger side light powers back on after the rear housing has been moved. In incidents when the light has failed, there is a burn mark on the outer contact portion of the bulb.
