Description of the problem	While driving the vehicle in normal highway traffic the engine completely seized and the vehicle turned off in the middle of the highway. The car was in motion in normal traffic. The steering wheel became extremely tough to turn and maneuver. Hazard lights were turned on while streering with much dificulty toward the side of the highway. The car would not turn on. The car was towed to a kia dealer in san juan, puerto rico. They have denied the recall under kia recall sc147. This seems to be a dangerous accountability error on the dealer.
