Description of the problem	My back door will not open from the inside or outside and is a common problem in the kia sorento model. Replacing the handles will not fix the problem as the dealer must pull apart the entire door panel. A third party body shop was not able to fix the problem. Not being able to exit a vehicle, and not knowing if other doors will be affected in the future, is a safety hazard for me and my children.
