Description of the problem	One day we went to open the driver side back door from the outside and it no longer opened. There was no damage done to the door it just stopped working. When i contacted kia they didnt see it as being a safety issue. In my eyes it s ahuge issue if my girls and i were in a wreck and safety crews wouldnt be able to open the door from the outside!
