Description of the problem	Vehicle stationary, the right front passenger door latch failed to open. Was working fine one day and not at all the next. It is the outside door handle. Inside still works. I removed the door panel and inner door panel and checked all linkage. The failure is an election solenoid in the actual latch itself. This often happens on other doors on these vehicles, which if they have a child lock leaves the door inoperable and makes it very difficult to remove a child in an emergency.
