Description of the problem	Vehicle was stationary. Tried to open driver's side door and it won't open from outside. All doors were unlocked, but handle won't open door. Driver's door can be opened from inside. This is a huge safety issue since i have a 3 year old and i can no longer use child safety locks in the event i can't open doors from the outside.
