Description of the problem	Door handle on driver's side became unusable from the outside, requiring driver to open the door from the inside by entering from the passenger side or leaving the window down. If a person were in an accident and could not open the door, it would be difficult to get them out of the driver's door. The mechanism had to be replaced - kia estimated almost $500 to evaluate, order and replace the part. A car with less than 80,000 miles should not have door handles failing.
