Description of the problem	Driving out of parking lot into street put foot on brake pedal and it stuck to floor. All the warning lights came on and engine was running. Tried pumping brake but no good. Tried gas pedal but no good. Tried shifting into different positions but no good. Only after turning car off and on did brake pedal come back. If this had happened in street or highway would have had serious accident.
