Description of the problem	At complete stop, car would not shift into reverse. 1. 4 miles later, attempt to park . The vehicle would not shift past neutral. Dash light illuminated steer assist and downhill park. Depressed emergency brake and turned vehicle off with gear shift in neutral. Restarted and was able to engage into park.
