Description of the problem	The transmission will not shift from drive to reverse/park at intermittent times. The vehicle must be put into neutral, turned off, and restarted in order to shift into park/reverse. This has occurred on three separate occasions. The vehicle was taken to the nearest kia dealer. The service team stated that they could not recreate the problem and did nothing to correct the error.
