Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. When the vehicle was placed into any gear, it would not respond. When the gear was placed in reverse, the vehicle would remain in neutral or park. When placed in drive gear, the vehicle would be in neutral or reverse.
