Description of the problem	When starting vehicle, engine revs up & won't stop until vehicle is turned off. This happens intermittently & has continued to be a problem for the last 3 years. I have reported this problem several times to my kia dealership where all regular maintenance has been serviced since i purchased this vehicle in 2010. They state they have noted this problem but since it doesn't happen all the time, nothing has been done.
