Description of the problem	Sliding passenger side door of the van will not latch shut. We have tried this with the power door option, and also manually. The door opens unexpectedly while driving, because of the faulty latch. The latch fails, and the door opens, while stationary and while in motion, with varying speeds, and while turning.
