Description of the problem	The low beam headlights were very dim... The reson that they were dim was the small yellow front marker light (194 bulb) had burned out.. The vehicle had very limited lighting when on low beam... There is no indication that any problem exsits other than the dim bulbs... I believe that the grounding curcuit for the low beams is feed thru the side marker bulbs... This is a very dangerous problem. The driver of the vehicle had no idea of how long the lights had been dim...
