Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2010 kia sedona. While driving 65 mph, the vehicle suddenly accelerated without warning while the cruise control was engaged. The brake pedal was depressed, but failed to stop the vehicle. In addition, the emergency brakes failed. The contact was able to stop the vehicle by turning the ignition off and removing the key.
