Description of the problem	The entire wheel hub assembly is rusted and shield is rusted to the point of crumbling. After the last recall on the control arm, the vehicle began thumping at every turn. A few weeks later the bearings seized up. Upon further inspection the wheel hub, attachment bolts, and shield are all rusted in place.
