Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 kia sedona. The contact noticed that the computer in the vehicle would sometimes accelerate on its own. The first instance occurred while test driving the vehicle. The vehicle accelerated when he removed his foot from the brake pedal. The dealer stated that the failure was caused by the vehicle being parked on the sales lot for months. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, the failure recurred. While driving in reverse at 20 mph, the contact crashed into a fencepost due to the failure. He took the vehicle to the dealer nine times for a diagnostic, but no error codes could be found. The manufacturer did not assist. The current mileage was 42,833 and failure mileage was 30,193.
