Description of the problem	I have concerns of safety concerns on seat belts and electrical wiring 1. The seat belt shoulder strap and that is it doesn't retract back to its retractable position. It seems to be seizing up. It has been lubricated a number of times but keeps returning. Lap belt was replaced under warranty and this one is doing the same thing. My concern is that if the shoulder belt does seize then how the forward forces will allow the lock mechanism to engage itself to stop your body from being exerted forward. 2. The wiring i have found that one of the cigarette light power outlets has under the proper gauge of wire for the amperage that will cover the demand. One of things i have observed is that checking out the outlet the wires that power the outlet is 22 gauges which are rated for less then 1 amp draw. The cooler that i am using requires an electrical circuit 3 amps and needs to be rated for 15 amps. What has been happening is the wires behind the panels are warming up, this is the wire the manufacturer uses heats up and it could lead to a fire behind the panel. The head office of this vehicle has no information to know if there is a problem with the above concerns and feel this needs to be looked into before there is a death because these are not proper items installed.
