| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 kia sedona. When driving various speeds up to 35 mph, the vehicle unexpectedly lost power and decreased speed. The contact was able to drive to the emergency lane and shut the engine off; however, the failure recurred. On four occasions the dealer has unsuccessfully attempted to repair the vehicle. The mechanic replaced the oxygen tube, oxygen sensors, and tightened the wires; however, the failure continued to occur. The contact is aware of the safety risk and the insist that the failure is related to a manufacturer's defect. The failure mileage was 25,200 and the current mileage was 26,000. |
