Description of the problemOccasionally, the power sliding door on the drivers side closes and then reopens about 6-12" and has to be closed by hand. There have been several times when the same door opens all the way and it can't be closed, either by power or by hand. It will remain open until it gets ready for you to close it. The time frame varies but usually 10-15 minutes. Several times, while driving with all of the doors closed and locked, the same sliding door will open a couple of inches and i have to stop and manually close it. The van has been in the shop several times and each of the described incidents still happen from time to time. The repair technicians cannot duplicate the problem so no corrective action can be taken. It's just a matter of time before someone falls out of the vehicle while it is moving and is either severely injured of killed.
