Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 kia sedona. While driving 65 mph with the windows down, a bee flew into the vehicle. The contact is allergic to bees and began to panic. She lost control of the vehicle and drove down a 30 foot embankment. The vehicle was towed and labeled as destroyed. A police report was filed. The front end was completely damaged and the driver air bag never fully deployed and the passenger air bag did not deploy at all. The contact sustained injuries to her wrist, chest, and has bruises all over her body. She believes that due to the severity of the crash, the air bags should have deployed.
