Description of the problem	Existing kia recall sc133. Lower control arm needs to be replaced and vehicle is unsafe to drive in present condition to nearest servicing dealer. Manufacturer refuses to have vehicle towed in order to fix safety issues. Manufacturer refuses to call back and address issue. My vehicle has been unusable to me for apx. 3 weeks now due to kia not addressing the recall in a timely manner.
