Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2006 kia sedona. While driving approximately 45 mph, the vehicle failed to shift into the proper gear. The vehicle appears to be in neutral when this occurs. Prior to and during the failure, the engine warning indicator is not illuminated on the instrument panel.
