The contact stated that there had been several failures that progressed before any notification of the three recalls: the headlamps shorted and were replaced 27 times, the hatch failed to secure when being opened and had to remain closed due to the failure, and, while driving highway speeds, the lower control arms fractured on the front driver's side.
