Description of the problem	Dt: the consumer made a complaint on june 30th, 2005 for his kia. He received a recall for the problem, kia has had the vehicle for over weeks. Before the consumer took it there they assured him they had the part in stock. He contacted the dealer service manager, and the manufacturer. Amy representing the manufacturer said they were setting the part aside with his name on it and that was 10 days ago. The dealer still does not have the part.
