Description of the problem	I am the owner of a 2004 kia sedona. Approximatley three months ago, we received notice of a recall on the vehicle. It was immediately taken in to have the repairs made - or so we thought. When we returned to get the vehicle we were told that it needed repair, but the manufacturer would not provide the dealer - bill jacobs - joliet, il - with the parts necessary for the repair. As of today's date 9-7-05 the vehicle has not been repaired. I have made complaints to kia, numerous calls to the dealer and each time we are told the parts are expected on a boat the next day and amazingly they never arrive. *jb
