Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2005 kia sedona. The vehicle has kumho, size p195/55r15 tires. While the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed that the front passenger side tire was flat. The tire was removed to reveal that the inside side wall was cracked. No nails or holes were found in the tire. The inner ring of the tire appeared as if it would pop. The contact replaced the tire with a full size tire and drove to the dealer with the tire. The dealer stated that the tire had been driven on while it was underinflated; however, the contact disagreed. The tire has yet to be replaced. The weather was cool and dry at the time of the failure. No pictures were taken and no invoice was issued. The dot number and other tire information was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 20,000.
