Description of the problem	With normal traffic braking front brake start to shutter and brake pedal with pulse making it difficult to stop the vehicle even during a normal stopping action we have had several times where the vehicle has been hard to stop during emergency situation which required excess pressure on the brake pedal to stop. Changed rotors and brake pads between the year 2066- and most recently 2014 4 times which still has not corrected the condition. The vehicle has 48900 mile on the vehicle. This vehicle need to be evaluated for safety defects that could cause a serious injury or death.
