| Description of the problem | From the beginning of the purchase in october, 05, i have had pulsating brakes that don't want to stop on contact. The local dealer informed me there was a part coming out to replace/repair and as soon as it was out, i would be one of the first to get my vehicle fixed. Every 3-4 000 miles at oil change and tire rotation, i have had work done on my brakes and kia has covered the cost. Every time i go in and complain, they fix the problem and tell me it's still in "process". When my vehicle rolled over 60,000 miles, the warranty expired and now kia is telling me they will no longer cover the cost to repair this ongoing manufacture problem. *jb |
