| Description of the problem | Brand new van from the start brakes would shake really bad. Called them, they of course tried to blame on something else, not warranty, so i took it to my mechanic i have used for 20 years, they said take it back, get new brakes and rotors. Talked them into it with a lot of doing. Not long after that i was going down a hill and when applied brakes van sounded like a train stopping, i even had the girl from kia service dept. On the phone when it happened the second time and she heard it through the cell phone, well, of course they couldn't find anything and wouldn't do anything. It doesn't do it all the time, maybe 3-4 times a month. But it has started shaking again, and still sounds like a train. What to do, what to do! *nm |
