Description of the problem	Driving on 8/9/09, car started shaking, going about 70 mph. Pulled to right lane slowing down, got off exit ramp and about 30 feet down left front tire blew out. Tread had separated from tire and once got to safe place to change tire, my front quarter panel and left front headlight were damaged.
