Description of the problem	Multiple times during heavy rain my car would loose power steering. The battery and emergency break lights would come on. I took it to the dealership where i purchased the car (el cajon, ca) and they said everything was fine. This typically happened when turning or driving through large puddles. Steering shaft would lock up and on occasion a high pitched squealing sound could be heard. Very unsafe and very scary!
