Description of the problem	The contact owns a 2008 kia rondo. As you are driving the vehicle it is very hard to steer, the steering wheel locks up on you. This has happen at least four times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, the mechanic test drove the vehicle, and found no problem, and the failure could not be duplicated. She was advised to jerk the wheel to get it out of the lock position. The manufacturer has not been notified; i provided the number 800-333-4542 to her.
