Description of the problem	My kia rondo's windshield wipers have failed 3 times in the last 8 months. They always fail during heavy rain and when they are on a high speed. I have replaced the windshield wiper motors. At this point the turning function of the wipers is visible at the ball and socket joint, but this does not translate to the wipers themselves. They seem to have difficulty lifting, if they will do so at all. And if they come back down it is with a loud thud.
