| Description of the problem | I like my kia rondo. I have had respect for kia and have recommended kia. No longer do i have respect for kia. They have lost a customer. Kia did a recall back in 2009. I had the recall done on my car. Now i am having the same problem again. Kia will not fix the switch i need replaced. They told me they did it once and they are done. If i don't have an extended warranty, i have to pay for it out of my pocket. So wrong. They gave me 2 bad parts and now they don't care. Another car maker that i will not buy from. If the first time it's a safety issue that quote ? The malfunction of the stop lamp switch may put you at risk of a crash.?, why isn't it a safety issue the second time or when the problem persists? |
