Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 kia optima. The contact's vehicle received an oil change by alm kia south (4310 jonesboro rd, union city, ga 30291). After the service was performed, while driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle hesitated, stalled, and the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The contact drove the vehicle back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle needed a new engine. A loaner vehicle was provided.
